APPOINTMENT POLICY
Late Arrival
A 10-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 72 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment. When proper notice is given, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date.
No-Show / No-Call
Failure to show up or notify in advance will result in a $50 rescheduling fee.
Refunds & Corrections
All services are non-refundable. If a correction is needed, it must be scheduled within 48 hours of your original appointment.
Deposits
Deposit amounts vary depending on the service.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits will be applied toward your total service cost.
No deposit = no appointment.
